Holmenkollen World Cup will be Mare's last race

Early in the day on Tuesday, March 14, Marte Olsbu Røiseland announced her retirement. Biathlon king Ole Einar Bjørndalen sends Marte, along with her mascot Braute, a greeting.

The World Cup in Holmenkollen, which takes place March 16-19, will be Mare's last race and her farewell to biathlon. The audience in Holmenkollen will have the honor of cheering her on one last time, on home ground. Ole Einar Bjørndalen is keen that Marte gets a proper end to her career, during the World Cup in Biathlon at Holmenkollen.

So, Marte has to win the mass start. Then I am satisfied
with the season for this year, says Ole Einar Bjørndalen
