You can try exciting exercises, get guidance from the world's best skiers, and see our biggest sports stars compete up close.
A day with a good mix of activity and show that is open to everyone, both those of you who are active in a sports club, those of you who want to try new sports activities, and families with children who want to enjoy themselves in safe surroundings with sport and activity.
Our traditional roller ski show for our top athletes concludes an exciting day of activities.
You can find our versatile arena at the stadium in Holmenkollen National Arena.
It is free to participate and it is free to watch.
You can buy food and drinks in the arena, and if the weather is good, we will set up the grills.
