On Saturday, June 10, you'll enjoy a family activity day with guidance and cheerleading from ski pros and experienced instructors. Specially designed for children aged 6-16. Maybe someone wants to try new activities, or have a duel against mom or one of the skiers?

Exciting activities at six stations:

1. Laser shooting with the biathlon association on the stand
2. Obstacle course with sneakers on the stadium plain
3. Roller skis can be tried - beginner and advanced: a) Quiet area b) Obstacle course
Skis and shoes can be borrowed. Bring a helmet and gloves!
4. Run 40 m small hurdles and Ski jumping length with Barnas Bislettdag
5. Stacking machine with Holmenkollen Treningslab/Superski
6. Photo and autographs in the Fan Zone

Meet Norway's biggest sports profiles and world champions from last season's World Championships.
The national cross-country team will be at the arena all day to back the youngsters in the various events, cheer them on and maybe race them if they are up to it.
Selfies and autographs are readily available near the prize podium on the lawn.

Watch the national cross-country and biathlon teams compete on roller skis in both individual and relay events.

The biathletes' exciting single mix relay with a woman and man on the same team, up to 30 teams in action! Top athletes such as the Bøe brothers, Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold, Vetle Sjåstad Christiansen and Sturla Holm Lægreid are expected.

In cross-country, the top 50 athletes from the prologue will compete in an explosive 9 km pursuit, passing the stadium three times. The list of participants includes World Cup winner Simen Hegstad Krüger, 50km king Sjur Røthe, the versatile sprinter Even Northug, World Cup winner Tiril Weng, and our strong profile Ingvild Flugstad Østberg, in her first race after her comeback to the national team. Recruit skiers and the next generation of the national team will also compete in the race.

Aguility with roller skis - what is it?

In the USA, aguility has become a popular show race and form of competition. A form of competition on roller skis and a course with elements of organ tramp, slalom gates, figure 8 loops, jumps and other obstacles - in other words, an obstacle course. This will be tough - watch the relay at 16-16.30!
Relay with a woman and man on one team, in "Kollen" two teams cross-country and two teams biathlon that will do the course in the World Cup run-up.

Stomachs are filled, along with face painting and fun activities. Of course, a packed lunch and your own drinks can be brought into the arena, but this can also be purchased.

How to get to Holmenkollen National Arena?

We encourage as many people as possible to take the Holmenkollbanen. Get off at Holmenkollen station, from there it is 500 meters up to the stadium. Limited parking spaces are available at Holmenkollen Chapel, at the ski jump or in designated spaces at Midtstubakken.
