ACCOMMODATION

If you would like to stay at the official press hotel, Scandic Byporten,  please send an e-mail to holmenkollen@gyro.no. The hotel is located in walking distance to the Oslo Central Station. Please book directly with the hotel. If you wish to stay at an alternative hotel, it is smart to book one close to the metro stations Majorstuen – Nathionaltheatret – Stortinget – Jernbanetorget – Grønland – Tøyen.

TRANSPORTATION

Take tram nr. 1 from the city center and to Holmenkollen.  For further information about time schedules for public transportation please see ruter.no. If you need transport downtown from Holmenkollen, contact the desk in the Media Center.
