Saturday March 9 and Sunday March 10, it's time for the Children's Mini World Cup in Holmenkollen!
Registration for the Children's Mini World Cup can be found in Kapellskogen. The ski race is free and there will be many exciting activities for children in a separate family area in Kapellskogen.
Joy of skiing and mastery
The Children's Mini World Cup is a weekend where all children, regardless of skiing ability, can join in and experience play, skiing fun and the World Cup atmosphere. It's a day in the snow with music, mascots and a great atmosphere. And everyone can borrow ski equipment for free.
The Children's Mini World Cup will be held at 10:30-14:30 on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 March.
Project manager for the Children's Mini World Cup, Live Spilker, is looking forward to the activities:
- The Children's Mini World Cup is one of the largest and most important initiatives to create broad-based support and engagement in the population on the way to the World Cup in 2025. We are therefore so happy and proud to be part of the weekend of those who know Norwegian skifest best - namely Holmenkollen Skifestival.

Festival for children and young people
The Mini-World Cup in "Kollen" is just a few minutes away from the rest of the festival area and families can easily move around the arena. We have two festival streets that will have lots of activities. For young people, this year we have created a separate area with a DJ, zones with fire pits and a good atmosphere on the World Cup mound, or "Kollen" Winter Lounge as we call it this year.
Do you know any children who are ready for a weekend of fun and skiing? Come and join us for a fantastic weekend in the snow!
