Everyone with a ticket (stands or arena) can enter the specator tent. There, we have food serving and entertainment. A part of the ground floor, as well as the 1st floor is reserved for VIP. After last competition, we invite to an Afterski party (age limit 21) in the spectator tent.

All ticket prices (except VIP) are incl. VAT. Additionally, ticket fees will apply.

Day Pass Grandstand NORTH

Adults: NOK 265,-/Children 0-12 years: Free

Watch the drama up close! Grandstand North offers the best views of the shooting range as well as the finishing line, and you will face the sunshine if we are as lucky as in 2018. You can also follow the competitions on the big screen.

Day Pass Arena / Tracks: Kapellskogen

Adults: NOK 125,-/Children 0-12 years: Free

Kapellskogen is ideal if you wish to watch the athletes up close along the tracks. You can also watch the athletes on the big screen. Kapellskogen is perfect for families, as we offer activities to entertain the kids in this area.

Day Pass Arena / Tracks: VM-Haugen

Adults: NOK 150,-/Children 0-12 years: Free

A ticket to VM-Haugen is ideal if you wish to combine the biathlon arena with the woods. From VM-Haugen you have a great view of the whole stadium and the shooting range. You can also follow the competitions on the big screen.

Practical information:

All tickets gives access to the festival area. Here you can find our giant spectators tent, live music and a variety of stalls selling official Holmenkollen-merchandise, food and beverages. The area is clearly signposted. Many thousands Norwegian and international visitors are expected daily. It’ll be buzzing!

Afterski

Everyone with a ticket to Thursday’s competitions are welcome to join us for some après ski (age limit 21) in the spectators tent, after the races. Free entrance.

Entrances

There are two entrances for spectators. The main entrance shall be used if you come with metro or by walking to the arena. Entrance North shall be used in case you come from Frognerseteren or Midtstuen. Follow our signposting.

On foot

Walking from Majorstuen to Holmenkollen takes around 1 hr 30 mins. Follow Slemdalsveien to Slemdal Station, then continue along Frognerseterveien until you reach Besserud Station. From there it is around 1 km to the arena.

Metro

Travel with the metro from the centre of Oslo to Holmenkollen on the date of your ticket. Take Line 1 (destination Frognerseteren), which operates a frequent service from early morning. Alight at Holmenkollen Station. The arena is only 300 metres away. Just follow the roar!

We recommend pre purchase of metro tickets. The Holmenkollen arena is located within zone 1 and all Ruter tickets are available for this route. Visit www.ruter.no for information about schedules and more ticket information.

By car

There are no parking facilities in Holmenkollen during the World Cup. Alternatively, you can park in the centre of Oslo and make your way to Holmenkollen by metro or on foot.

Opening hours

The festival area, including the spectator tent is open from 14:00 on Thursday 21st of March.
